Our complimentary Home Design Service offers expert, on-the-spot advice to help you create a cohesive room scheme. Whether you need advice on colour palettes, furniture or fabrics, we’ve developed four signature Neptune design styles to inspire you. Each style guide provides the perfect starting point for our Design Consultants to help you achieve your desired look.

How it works

From your in-store consultation to delivery day, this service is completely free! During your 60-
minute in-store meeting, we’ll discuss your needs, preferences, and vision. Based on this, you’ll leave with a ready-to-order design tailored to your space.

1. Your free consultation

Request an appointment online to set up a time with a Design Consultant. Based on availability, we also offer drop-in appointments

2. Visit our showroom

Bring along your photographs  and room measurements to our KCR or Powerscourt showroom, and we’ll provide on-the-spot advice to help create a beautifully cohesive room scheme

3. Design advice

After discussing ideas we’ll identify your Neptune design style and refine selections to achieve your desired look. You’ll leave with a room concept plan and samples. 

4. Your room scheme

We’ll follow up with a digital concept board and a quote for your project within approximately two days after our meeting. We’ll then give you a day or two to review everything before we proceed with placing orders and organizing delivery.

Interior Design

For a more tailored approach, our comprehensive Interior Design Service helps you redesign a single room or furnish an entire home. You’ll receive a detailed design folder with mood boards, samples, floor plans, and renderings.

Your questions answered

Our delivery team will be on our way to bringing everything in one go rather than delivering in multiple batches. Our team will unwrap, assemble, and position your furniture,

then take away all the packaging for recycling. All there is left for you to do is sit back and enjoy it.

For our first meeting, it would be helpful to have the following:

• Architectural plans (if available). Alternatively, a hand-drawn sketch with measurements, including the positions of doors and windows, will work just fine.

• Photos of the existing space to help us understand the layout and flow—ideally taken from a distance if possible.

• Inspiration images that reflect your décor preferences, favourite colours, or preferred design era. Pinterest is a great source for this!

We don’t currently offer virtual appointments, so to avail of our service, you’ll need to visit one of our stores in person. This ensures you get the very best experience—your consultant will consider your space, lighting, architecture, and furnishings. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to see and try out the furniture before making an investment.
