We are currently recruiting for a full-time Home Specialist to join our outstanding teams in KCR, Kimmage & Powerscourt Enniskerry
To provide an outstanding customer experience through good communication and organization

- Assist customers by offering advice and help in the selection of suitable products for the home
- Support colleagues
- Process sales and communicate information accurately
- Support the manager to build a profitable business
- Aid in the health and safety, cleanliness and security of the store
- Promote the Neptune whole-home concept and services to customers
- Support the team to ensure the store is always presented to company guidelines
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, ideally in a retail or hospitality environment with a highly service-led approach
- A friendly and outgoing person with a confident and articulate manner
- A good understanding of POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Flexible to work any day of the week, 40 hours per week
- Full clean drivers license
Auto Cad or other computer 3d design experience helpful
