If you have a project – be that an urgent case of getting a home office in place – or something you have wanted to do but did not have the time to focus on it until now, then we would love to help. We have outlined an alternative consultation process that will allow us to discuss and understand your needs, while both parties remain at home. You are still assured of our full attention right through to installation.
YOUR VIRTUAL DESIGN PROCESS
1. PHONE DISCUSSION
We begin with some emails and a phone call and to get an introduction to what you are looking for. This is where you’ll get to talk us through your ideas, wishes and wants. We would discuss the project brief and time scale, agree the scope and design cost, based on the number of rooms involved.
2. THE DETAILS
If you want to go ahead, we will need you to send us the measurements of the rooms, and some photos of how the space looks right now. A video would also be great, to give us a good perspective. You can also send us any Pinterest boards you have created, photos and images of furniture and styles that you like. You complete our virtual briefing form online, and we also discuss any other trades or services you need.
3. DESIGN PRESENTATION
We will be able to carry out our meeting online, via a simple to use conference call application. Even though the presentations will not be done face to face, being able to share our screens with you will allow us to present your concept design, layout and mood boards. We hope you will find this as an innovative way to complete your project from the comfort of your home.
4. CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY
If everything is to your satisfaction, and we have created the final “Shopping List” (and you pay a deposit for the confirmed order) we can commit your order, you sit back and await delivery to complete your room transformation. Please note, if installation or other services are needed, we will be guided by government guidelines. We can also arrange a live video tour after delivery to see if any finishing touches are needed and to ensure that everything works perfectly in your home.
